Some places don’t need to be transformed.
They simply ask to be noticed.
With views across Lake Barambah, the quiet shelter of the Lily Pond gardens and the character of the chapel, each of Dusty Hill’s ceremony settings has its own story to tell.
The flowers should never compete with that.
They should feel connected to the landscape, guided by the season and as though they have always belonged within the setting.
As Dusty Hill’s neighbouring florist, I’ve had the privilege of creating flowers across the property, through different seasons and for celebrations that have each felt entirely their own.
Sometimes those flowers frame the ceremony beside the water. Sometimes they find their place among the gardens or within the chapel.
And often, once the vows have been exchanged, they begin another chapter inside the Cooperage.
The same flowers.
A different part of the story.
Flowers that feel as though they belong.
