Well, its been a busy and exciting few days for us in the Mogo book Shop since we stepped up to take over from Claire and Shane on the 31st July. We've been familiarising ourselves with the books on the shelves, learning how to navigate Point of sale systems ā€ yes they have systems in the modern used book shopšŸ¤Ŗ And i think my mind is now brokenšŸ«£ It's also been a joy to us to meet the book enthusiasts who've stopped in to wish us well and to buy a book even though we are not officially open until Friday 7th.
By Friday i hope to have the Mogo book sanctuary ready for business come what may.

Today, Shane, Alby, Charli, Vinnie and I end our journey with our beloved bookstore and hand it to its new custodians Heather and Alan. We have had an amazing journey, met some brilliant friends and most of all - had an absolute blast. I know I will treasure the memories made rummaging through boxes of books, finding treasures and soothing the soul.

Please welcome Heather and Alan who will love, honour and continue the legacy of the community's favourite second hand bookstore.
