We have all heard the terms "derived from plants" and/or "plant-based".
We find the most powerful question is simply "What is the process that occurred from a plant turning into for example Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (Sulphate)?"
Most people, even the manufacturers of such products don't know.
Here is a short 34-second educational video explaining the process for that common ingredient in many laundry products including so-called green ones, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (Sulphate).

Over the past week several events have renewed my resolution to do my part in contributing to goodness in this world. I’ve traveled through Canberra, Melbourne and Christchurch and at each location, as life would have it, I have been moved by a fortunate spiritual meeting, a discussion with my youngest daughter and the tragic events that took place in Christchurch. Every encounter has strengthened my resolve, and I trust yours as well, to only do good in this world.

“The Great Work” is, in the words of eco-theologian Thomas Berry, a transformative act each one of us must undertake in our lives from having a disruptive influence to one that only benefits all life.
