Festive Street Fair: 2 Weeks to Go!
The excitement is bubbling, Montville, Queensland will be heralding in the Festive Season Saturday December 4 from 4pm. This year is going to be our best event ever!
Shops will open extended hours, Beats Workin' will play your festive favourites at the Village Green with Pantastic Steelband playing on the Pottery Building deck with entertainers will roaming Main Street,
We are excited to showcase some new faces in our entertainment line up. Our local Montville State School band will set the scene on the Village Green at 4pm followed by the fabulous fun of Larrikin Puppets Christmas Show at 4:15pm.
The Sunshine Chimes will ring in the good times with performances at the Mayfield Centre around 4pm. (Near The Edge Restaurant Montville) The Trombone Trio, Harps duo and Mapleton Choir Carrollers and a Christmas Fairy will add to the Main Street cheer. Many shops are participating in the Sunshine Coast Council's Buy Local Win Local, so bring your lists.
There will be free art activities, balloon fun and face painting, a sausage sizzle and some stalls on the Village Green. We are all hoping Santa can make it this year!
Come and join us and experience the Magic of a Montville Christmas! Remember to car pool!
