What a beautiful evening celebrating the incredible disability community and their amazing carers. ❤️ Such a special night filled with smiles, connection, dancing and plenty of gorgeous moments!

And I was lucky enough to grab a little selfie on the way out with the beautiful Hailey Pinto and Rocco Forrester-Sach from Home and Away! 🥰❤️ What a lovely way to finish such a wonderful evening!

Of course, I had to wear my very own handmade Meraki Shell dangles, made especially to match my dress. 🩵✨
