While I was at my day job today Greenslade Engineering we're slugging away at welding up this KT100S head for me.

Yes it looks half OK as it is but there's always room for improvement. For this particular build we aren't compromising anything! This one is part of a gun KT Twin package we're working on for the Aussie Title's next month.

Very keen to share some pics of this as I make progress on it so stay tuned!

Stock vs Modified exhaust and intake ports on a 100j cylinder for a no rules speedway racing class. Exhaust port is now 96 degrees opening from a factory 102 degrees. I also cut back the cylinder liner base.

I think this will also benefit from a cut piston skirt on the intake side to increase intake duration further. But nonetheless this will make a big difference!

Next job skim the head to drop the cc's.
