Gifts They Leave Behind

Gifts They Leave Behind We are mothers, fathers, grandparents who have lost their children to su***de. A different approach to youth mental illness. Because we know what is left.

Join us to create organisations that celebrate the gifts our children have left behind. All our children have a different story. As mothers and fathers we all had a different introduction to su***de. However we have all felt the same pain. The same emptiness. The same loss. We cannot sit and do nothing. What has previously been thought to be enough in regards to mental illness and su***de has not

worked.
1 in 4 young people DO have a mental illness. Su***de IS the leading cause of death for young people. This is NOT OK. We need to tackle this epidemic in other ways. We don't have all the answers. But we have a passion that cannot be taken away from us. A drive that will not go away. A knowledge of what is left behind. Every one of our angels leave a gift. A gift that we need to pass on as they no longer can. It is 100% their gifts. And they are all different. We started with Baylin's Gift, and was soon joined by Billy's Gift. If you want to start an organisation to tackle these issues, join us in tackling this together. Together more can be done. Together we have a much better chance of making a difference. Our hearts will never be healed. The hole will never close over. So lets direct this agony to something that can create difference. Gifts all around Australia. Gifts from our Angels. Their loss be not in vein.
