Did you know that RAD was founded right here in Victoria 🫢

Here’s what founder and owner Jez had to say about founding the brand:

“Sitting on the couch after a knee surgery at 21 years old, I was told (several times) by my mum that I need to do something productive before I head off for another season in Falls Creek.
I had plenty of friends who made stickers, crocheted beanies, hand sewed tall hoodies etc, but I wanted to do something different.

After picking the brains of many Falls Creek locals and other snowboard industry friends - the name RAD and gloves being the product, we were off.
The Board Lounge in Falls Creek was the first store to stock the brand (shout-out Jimmy Cordell), and even threw a big launch party for us when our first shipment arrived. We had pretty much every staff member on the hill wearing the gloves, from Park Crew to rentals staff. The home-grown support of the brand was off the charts, and still something that resonates with Falls Creek seasonaires.”
