Hiii Hello! 👋🏼

I thought it was about time I introduced myself — I’m Kailee, the new owner of Elsie + Oak.

I truly feel so lucky to have found such a beautiful little business within such a supportive and loyal community. I’ve been completely overwhelmed by the love and well wishes from customers, both new and long-time, and I’m so excited to continue the wonderful work and service Elsie + Oak has become known for over the years.

A little about me — I’m originally from FNQ, where I owned my first florist at just 18 years old and ran it for 11 years. I later sold the business to get married, welcome my baby boy, and made the move to the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

Not long after, I opened a pop-up florist in Maroochydore — with my son by my side at work each day. That experience reminded me just how much I love this industry and community.

Fast forward to last wedding season, when I was helping Leah… one conversation about buying the business turned into the realisation that we could both create the lifestyle we wanted — so we swapped roles! I officially took over in December and have genuinely loved every day since.
