Talk about a setup with a STORY behind it! 😮‍💨🎈
I arrived just before 4pm, ready to get everything spaced out and start bringing this beautiful setup to life… and then…

💥 BLACKOUT! 💥

We were all hoping it would only be for 30 minutes or so… but nope! 😅

With a 21st birthday just hours away, there was NO WAY we were letting a blackout stop the celebrations! 🥳

I jumped in to help my client find another venue, suggesting places we could potentially move to because nobody wanted to cancel — not me, not the DJ, not the photobooth guy and definitely not our amazing client! ❤️

Thankfully, my client found us a new venue at Blacktown Tavern 🙌🏼

So we packed everything up, loaded the cars, moved venues and got straight back to work!

💪🏼 Everyone doing their part
❤️ And a whole lot of teamwork!

We worked our magic to make sure Zharia’s 21st went ahead! 🥳🎉

And honestly… I am SO proud of how this setup turned out! 😍

A huge THANK YOU to Blacktown Tavern for helping make sure the celebration could continue! ❤️

And to Zharia’s family — thank you for trusting me and allowing me to be part of such a special milestone, even when the night threw us a massive curveball! 🥰

I absolutely LOVED creating this setup for little Brynlee! 🥹🎀

I went for the sweetest mix of:

And can we just appreciate those balloon garlands?! 😍🎈 The combination of the candy pink, chocolate, sand white and cow print came together SO beautifully!

From the personalised “Brynlee's First Rodeo” backdrop to the giant number, plinths and all those little cowgirl details — this setup was definitely one of my favourites! 🤠🩷
