🪻 A LITTLE CHANGE TO VISITING THE FARM 🪻

As a working lavender farm, our days can take us just about anywhere — out in the fields, making products, harvesting and distilling, delivering orders or heading off to markets and events.

So rather than having set opening hours for our Rustic Aromas Wookshed, we’re moving to farm visits by booking.

Simply book in before you come so we can make sure we’re here to welcome you.

☕ Morning Tea while you’re here?
Morning Tea can also be pre-booked and we’ll have everything freshly prepared for your visit.

🌿 Seasonal farm experiences will be available at different times throughout the year, depending on what’s happening around the farm and in the lavender fields.

We’re currently setting up our new online booking system to make this nice and easy. Until that’s ready, just send us a message to arrange your visit.

This change gives us a little more flexibility to run the farm while still making sure that when you make the trip out to see us, we’re actually here! 😅

☀️Beautiful day at Pioneer Village today for the Motorama.
🚗No car photos as I couldn’t leave the stall but loved being surrounded by the old tractors and buildings, such a lovely setting for a market.

🪻 Fresh batch of our Lavender Sleep Soak restocked for tomorrow’s market!

You may notice I’ve made a little change to our formula — and that’s something you’ll see from time to time as our products continue to evolve.

I had previously included Dead Sea Salt in our bath soaks, but because it is highly hygroscopic (meaning it loves to attract moisture from the air!), I found it wasn’t giving me the beautiful, dry and free-flowing finished product I wanted.

So, out it went. 😅

Our refreshed Lavender Sleep Soak is now a simpler blend of mineral salts, Epsom salts and bicarbonate, kaolin, scented with a beautiful essential oil blend of our own farm-distilled Lavender, Sweet Orange and Cedarwood Atlas, and finished with our farm-grown lavender buds. 🪻

The result? A lovely dry, crystalline soak with that relaxing lavender aroma I was looking for.

One of the things I love about making our products here on the farm is that I can keep testing, learning and refining them. If I think I can make something better, I will. 💜
