Wow, the dust has settled and I've had a chance to breathe, so one last post to say goodbye.

The success of the Closing Down Sale was overwhelming, and I know I largely have the local community to thank for that.
A huge thanks to everyone who stopped in to say goodbye, sometimes hello, but mostly to wish me well.

Endless kudos to Brooke for multiple trips up to help prep the Sale each week.
Immense gratitude to everyone who helped me empty the shop of all the fittings and get it ready to hand back; a massive job, thank you so much.

Quite a new look inside The Closet on Main this week.
'2 FOR' offers, further price reductions, great small gift ideas, think end of year Christmas stocking prep, all at clearance prices.
I'm starting to offer display and merchandising material with more to come. If you have expressed an interest in anything now is the time to press me for a price.

Thanks to all my wonderful regular customers who have already stopped in for a bargain or just to say how sorry they are to see the business closing; it's helped to know the boutique will be missed.

It's been an exceptionally busy first 10 days of the Closing Down Sale and I'm happy to say that together we have found new homes for a considerable amount of clothing, gifts and accessories.

This week...
There are significant reductions on already discounted stock with many beautiful pieces remaining. Huge reductions on many gifts, accessories and home decor items.
Only 19 more trading days, and remember EVERYTHING must go!!

It is with genuine regret that I am letting you know that The Closet on Main will be closing its doors for good.

The Tamborine Mountain News will carry the story to the broader community later this week. However, I wanted to share the news here first, so those of you who have supported and followed The Closet on Main over the years would hear it from me directly.

A massive Closing Down Sale will begin on Wednesday this week, and the boutique's last trading day will be Saturday 22 August unless sold out earlier.

If something has been calling you, now is the perfect opportunity to make it yours. I would love the chance to welcome you in-store one last time before the doors close.
