Inglewood Coffee Roasters
A full-time position has become available for a hybrid role of Roaster and Barista at Inglewood Coffee Roasters. This is a great entry level opportunity for a barista to learn coffee roasting and an opportunity to work within a growing hospitality group. The role would begin in our brand new space in Mount Waverley and would expand into working in our cafes as a barista across Melbourne.
This is an amazing opportunity to work with a young, enthusiastic, driven and ambitious team of coffee and hospitality professionals. Experience in roasting is not necessary, as Inglewood provides an incredible, intensive and fast paced learning experience. This role will be in learning the process from roasting the coffee to serving the quality product in our cafes.
The initial role of a Roaster is to:
- be a part of our roasting production team
- be a wholesale customer service representative
- assist in preparing and delivering customer orders
- assist in maintaining the Inglewood warehouse
- assess coffee production for quality control
We are looking for people who:
- have barista experience to utilise in our cafes across Melbourne
- are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about coffee
- have a minimum of 1-2 years in specialty coffee
- are friendly and have an ability to maintain consistent positive relationships with customers
- have great communication and organisational skills
- are passionate about delivering elite customer service
- work well in a team environment
