As a small family business, we’re lucky to know so many of our customers and people in the local community on a personal level. We have a yarn, talk bikes, work, family and everything in between and sometimes those little conversations matter more than we realise.

Today is a good reminder to check in on your mates, your family, your workmates and the people around you.

You don’t need to have the perfect words or know how to fix anything. Sometimes it’s simply asking “R U OK?”, having a proper listen and letting someone know they’re not on their own.

Life gets busy, and Aussies can be pretty good at saying “she’ll be right” even when things aren’t. So if someone’s been a bit quiet, seems off, or you just haven’t heard from them in a while, give them a call, send them a message or shout them a coffee and have a chat.
