A Mullum tradition ❤️

The Chinny Charge has been bringing our community together for generations — and this year it falls on the same Saturday as the Mullumbimby Community Market.

Come down early for breakfast and coffee under the trees, wander the market and enjoy live music by Gregg Peterson.

The Mullumbimby Museum will be open too, sharing a little of the history behind this much-loved local tradition.

Then it’s time for the Chinny Charge — and you can always wander back to the market for lunch afterwards. 🌿

🌧️🤎 Market Update

With a heavy heart, we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel tomorrow’s Mullumbimby Community Market.

As much as we love a little drizzle and the occasional rainbow, tomorrow’s weather has other plans.

With very wet grounds, strong winds forecast, lower stallholder numbers and reduced customer comfort, we feel it’s the safest and kindest decision for everyone.

✨ We’ll save the market magic for next month.

Stay warm, stay dry, and we’ll see you all soon. 🌈🤎 🌦️ We’ve had a few people asking about the weather.

At this stage we’re looking forward to tomorrow’s market and keeping a close eye on the forecast.

We turn up at the market and decide on the morning if the stall holders want to go ahead If the weather means the market can’t go ahead, we’ll make the decision on Saturday morning and post an update on Facebook and Instagram by 8am.

We’re hopeful for a lovely morning and look forward to seeing you.
