A rising star of New Zealand W**e is here. 💫
Nous W**e is a relatively new Chardonnay project based in Marlborough’s Wairau Valley, but is already gaining recognition for producing some of the country’s most compelling Chardonnay.
Planted in 2018 by husband-and-wife team Rachael and Murray Cook, this tiny 0.29-hectare, high-density vineyard is farmed entirely by hand, guided by biodynamic principles.
The result is a pure, site-driven expression of cool climate Chardonnay- mineral, energetic with incredible length.
With such a small low yielding vineyard, production is incredibly limited. Just 700 bottles were produced for this vintage.
