What a truely beautiful story 🧡

Every morning before sunrise, fisherman Robert Reed prepared his small blue boat and headed toward the sea. Life at the docks was always noisy, filled with tired workers, seagulls, and crashing waves. But one thing kept catching Robert’s attention — a thin stray dog wandering alone between the boats.

The dog looked weak and frightened. His ribs showed through his dirty fur, and he searched the ground for scraps that nobody wanted. Most people ignored him. Some even chased him away. Still, the dog returned every single morning, quietly hoping someone might care.

One morning, Robert finally tossed him a small fish.

The dog grabbed it carefully and ran a few steps away before eating. The next morning, Robert brought another fish. Then another the day after that. Slowly, the stray stopped running away. His tail began wagging whenever Robert’s boat appeared at the docks.

On Mar 23, 2026, Robert opened his arms and said softly, “Come on, boy.”

For the first time, the dog climbed onto the boat.

Not everyone liked the idea. Robert’s fishing partner complained constantly about having “a dirty stray mutt” onboard. One morning, after another argument, the man demanded Robert choose between him and the dog.

Robert looked down at the dog sitting quietly beside him.

“Then you can leave,” he said calmly. “The dog stays.”

And the man left.

Two months later, the dog looked completely different. His fur became soft and shiny, his body healthy and strong, and his eyes full of happiness. Robert named him Ocean, and from that day on, the two became inseparable partners on the sea.

Sometimes one act of kindness is enough to change two lives forever.

I love this part of our morning walk. Camera work isn’t the best, give me a proper camera anytime instead of my iPhone! But my camera doesn’t make calls if I fell and needed help 🍃💚🎋🥾💦
And at 66 years of age I have started being a bit more sensible.
I am having a few days away so we are open until 4pm today and reopening on Friday 29th at around 10 am.

So very sad to share this post. We live on this beautiful planet that has the ability to give us all what we need to live a great life. And yet we seem intent to destroy it and all that live here with us. Please think about finding natural ways to not use plastic.

Twenty-nine S***m whales washed ashore along the coast of Germany… and what scientists found inside some of them shocked the world.

During examinations, researchers discovered large amounts of plastic waste in several stomachs, including fishing gear, plastic containers, and other debris floating through the ocean.

To a whale hunting squid in deep water, drifting plastic can look dangerously similar to prey.

And once swallowed, the consequences can become deadly.

The material can block digestion, damage internal organs, and leave the animal slowly starving even with a stomach full of debris.

Scientists also point out an important reality:

Whale strandings can happen for many reasons, including navigation errors, illness, underwater noise, changing ocean conditions, or group behavior.

Plastic pollution may not explain every stranding event.

But it has become a growing global threat to marine life.

Because the ocean does not separate “trash” from “habitat.”

Everything eventually mixes together.

And the largest animals on Earth are now feeding in waters filled with human waste.

A reminder that pollution rarely stays where people throw it.

Eventually…

Nature encounters it too.
