Nick Wight was out amongst it a little while ago. The young bloke using a 270win loaded with 130grn Atomic29 projectile.
Turn the volume up for the grunting, a great sound.

Joe Berry has been giving the 9.3x62 a workout. He has dropped alot of pigs with it using 250grn Atomic29 projectiles and has managed to recover one. The pig in question was hit with a Texas heart shot at 80 to 90 metres and the projectile found in top of the front left hand shoulder. Thanks for having a dig around Joe I know you how been trying for a recovered for a while. The load was 60grn of 2208.
He has also been playing with the 308 155grn A29s in his 308win. You can see by the results copper likes a jump.

Pat Mahon and his son have been hunting in NZ and came up with a good result. After a 5km walk and not having much luck glassing a slip they came across a buck feeding on the river.
The 9 inch Chamios buck fell to a Atomic29 155grn projectile in his 300WSM at 120metres.
A great hunt to have the young fella involved in.

Evan Stacey was sighting in his 270WSM to zero 150grn projectiles at 200metres for his trip to NZ. He had only three 130grn 270 Atomic29 loaded projectiles left so decided to see how they would go at 300metres.
The resulting 17mm group was impressive.
Write that load down Evan.

It's starting to cool down and a few are getting into it. Terry McFaul got this sambar with his 35 whelen using 220grn Atomics, moving along at 2620fps.
A 40 metre running shot did the job.

This sambar was taken at 120 metres quartering away behind the shoulder, the projectile being found under the skin on the off side neck.
Good shooting Colin, Django would love being back into it again.
