Did you purchase your My Medical Folder during September? 🤍

It’s not too late to leave us a review and go into the draw to **WIN BACK YOUR PURCHASE!**

We want to make sure everyone who purchased right through to 30 September has enough time to receive their folder and share their experience, so we’ll be announcing our winner on **7 October**.

If you’ve already left a review, thank you! You’re already in the draw. 🤍

And if you haven’t yet, there’s still time.

Every review means so much to our small business and helps others understand how My Medical Folder can help keep important medical information organised and together.

Why does keeping your family medical history together matter?

When a doctor or healthcare professional asks about your family medical history, it can be surprisingly difficult to remember everything.
Who had what?
When did it happen?
Was it on Mum’s side or Dad’s?
Were there other health conditions that might be relevant?

And when you’re stressed or dealing with an emergency, trying to recall all of that information from memory can be even harder. That’s why we included two important pages for Family Medical History in My Medical Folder.

1. The first is a Family Medical History Tracker, where you can record information about individual family members, including their relationship to you, health conditions and other relevant details.
2. Then there’s a Family Medical History snapshot page where you can bring that information together in one place.

It also captures things such as:
• Genetic or chronic conditions in the family
• Lifestyle and environmental factors
• Family history of smoking or alcohol use
• Known allergies or hereditary conditions
• Exposure to environmental hazards

So instead of trying to remember your family history when someone asks, you have a clear snapshot to refer to. It’s one more piece of important information that can be ready when you need it. Because being prepared isn’t about expecting something to go wrong. It’s about making important information easier to find, understand and share when it matters.

Could someone find your medication list if they needed to? 🤍

It’s something we might not think about until we actually need the information.

Medications can change over time, new ones are added, others are stopped, and dosages or instructions can change.

Keeping an up-to-date medication list in one place means you can easily find important details such as:

• What medications you currently take
• The dosage and frequency
• When a medication was started
• Important allergy information
• Notes or changes you may want to remember

And it’s not just about making things easier for you.

If a family member, carer or healthcare professional ever needs to help you, having your current information organised and easy to find can make things a little simpler.

You don't have to organise everything at once.

Start with your medication list. Keep it current. Keep it somewhere you know you can find it. 🤍

Save this post as a little reminder to check yours.

What belongs in one place? 🤍

When something unexpected happens, having important medical information together and easy to find can make a difficult situation a little easier.

Consider keeping details such as:

✔️ Medical conditions and diagnoses
✔️ Current medications
✔️ Allergies and reactions
✔️ Emergency contacts
✔️ Important healthcare information
✔️ Advance care planning documents

You may never need to access everything in an emergency, but knowing it is organised and available can provide reassurance for you and the people supporting you.

Because when it comes to important information, knowing where to find it matters.

What would happen if you had a fall at home today?

It's something most of us don't really think about.

But if someone needed to help you, would they know where to find your important medical information?

Your medications, medical history, doctors' details and other essential health information?

Having these details organised in one place means your loved ones don't have to search through drawers, paperwork or their phones when they need answers.

That's why I created My Medical Folder.

A simple, practical way to keep everything together and help you and your family feel more prepared, supported and confident.

Because sometimes, it's the little things we organise today that make a big difference tomorrow. 🤍

Would your family know where to look?

22/09/2026

A conversation every family member should have. 🤍

If something happened and you couldn't speak for yourself, would your family know where to find your important medical information?

Your medications, medical history, doctors and important care instructions.

It's not something we always think about, but having that conversation now could make things so much easier for the people who love and care for you.

Sometimes, being prepared is simply about making sure someone else knows where to look.

Because keeping everything together isn't just about organisation. It's about making things easier when someone else needs to step in.

If you couldn’t speak for yourself, would your family know what you would want? 🤍

It’s something we don’t always think about until we need to.

Knowing where to find important information can make a difficult situation a little easier for the people caring for you.

Things like:

• Your current medications and allergies
• The doctors and specialists involved in your care
• Your medical history and important records
• Your wishes and preferences
• Important documents and information your family may need

You don’t have to have everything perfectly organised overnight.

Even taking a few small steps to bring the important things together can give you — and the people who care about you, a little more confidence and peace of mind.

Because being prepared isn't about expecting the worst.
It’s about making things a little easier when they matter most. ❤️

Caring for someone often means keeping track of a lot of information.

Medications. Appointments. Doctors. Reports. Changes in symptoms. Important documents.

And when you're already busy caring, trying to remember where everything is can become another job in itself.

Having important health information organised in one place can make it easier to find what you need, when you need it.

You don't have to have everything perfectly organised overnight.

Start with the information you use most often and build from there. 🤍

Sometimes, simply knowing where everything is can make caring feel a little easier.

Save this post, it might be useful when you need it.

What if someone else suddenly needed to help you?

Would they know where to find the important information they need?

My Medical Folder™ keeps your health information together, organised and easy to find, so your family or carer has somewhere to start when you can’t be the one explaining it.

A little preparation now can bring a lot of peace of mind later. 🤍
