Repairing Eps epoxy’s can be done but process it twice as long as normal repairs due the drying time in between filling and laminating with epoxy resins. When you ding your Eps surfboard, make sure you exit the water asap because the styrofoam core is like a sponge.
Dry immediately before taking in for repair.

Point breaks where crowded over the Easter holidays. This one still has some reef submerged in the foam. A hard impact to the rail usually means it’s popped further than the crack displays.
To fix, you must grind back to where the glass has stopped lifting to get the correct repair done.
