Gen Z is bringing Physical Media back in a big way. DVD and Blu-ray rentals are hitting record highs, and local shops are seeing membership numbers they haven’t touched in years. Young collectors are proving that owning movies still matters, and it’s honestly amazing to watch.

We restocked! (On Monday 😅🤫 we know, took us long enough!)

New Blu rays, new 4Ks, new Boxsets, new exciting bits and pieces. We have so much stock, not only on the floor but waiting to come out that I'm finding it hard to store it all! New exciting things are here and coming!

Hello party people!

Nick reporting live with a little experiment moving forward. I've painstakingly assembled the TV section into A-Z sections. It's been a long time coming and a lot of people have asked for this, but this will only be a trial. I spent 5 and a half hours today rearranging the TV DVDs into this order and I want to make sure that if I dedicate this much time and effort into this endeavour that it'll stay tidy. My main gripe being no matter what categorical organisation I implement, DVDs are still chucked everywhere.

I'll give it a week. I'll restock in a week and if the section is still in order, I'll work towards alphabetise grouping the rest of the stall (may God have mercy on my soul).

And don't worry, I've got plenty of alphabet slides to do the entire stall so I'm hoping I can find the time in the next few weeks to do it if it all goes to plan.

Thanks for tuning in and yes, I restocked! Blu rays and DVDs (just a small lot this time).

Hi everyone! July has been huge!

First of all, THANK YOU! Each and every one of you who has supported the Nick's DVDs brand and process through its inception to its latest incarnation have allowed me to expand this endeavour and bring movies to the masses.

We took the leap early last month to bring the next phase of Nick's DVDs to the forefront with the addition of a new aisle down the middle of the stall AND the opening of a new stall upstairs for all other media!

We would also like to take this opportunity to let our regulars and local cinephiles know that new stock has been brought in tonight and will be available tomorrow morning, including the addition of a new shelf located at the front of the stall.

We are just absolutely chuffed that the response has been so positive to the direction we have taken and to describe our future plans, to take a quote from my close personal friend and mentor, Pinhead; "We have such sights to show you."

We've added another aisle!
After 4 back breaking days of cleaning, sorting, tidying and stacking, the results are smashing!

The most common comment I heard from our recent visitors was "oh my god, this is overwhelming" and all I can say is, you don't know the half of it! 😂

Right - Action, TV & AU/UK TV overflow, Animated/Anime
Back - DVD Multipacks

Our best picks are kept in the glass cabinets, located at the front and right hand side of the stall.
