We believe if you make play fun and exciting for kids than learning and exploring the big wide world around them is not such a scary prospect for our kids, in fact, they will love it and embrace it. t of Newport in Melbourne. We started off this journey with our own range of over the top character filled kids clothes and quickly moved into toys, puzzles, books, and outdoor play equipment. We sell products across a broad selection of categories including eco-friendly toys, wooden toys, educational toys such as books, puzzles, flash cards etc. All of our products are sourced from top tier quality ISO accredited manufactures toys to the highest standards and safety requirements. Some of our brands include Hape, Brio, GoToys, Tegu, Dantoy and more. Toy Playhouse is a subsidiary of World Stores Pty. We're making some changes that we want to share with you - ramping up our range in STEM, Puzzles and Games and the closure of our Newport Store. More below:

* Ramping up our range in STEM, Puzzles and Games*
What we learnt in 2020 is that mainstream toys are out and our customers are looking for educational toys to build curiosity and aid their learning. With that in mind, we've made the decision to exit from categories unrelated to STEM, Puzzles and Games, and to focus on becoming Australia's biggest and best destination for these sorts of toys.

*Shift to Online and closure of Newport Store*
Customer expectations have changed and so must we. We've therefore made the difficult decision to close our Newport Store and focus our energy into our loyal customers via our online website. For those of you who shop with us online now - it's business as usual. If you're more of an in-store shopper with us, we look forward to welcoming you online - however, let's face it - if you haven't experienced online shopping in 2020, you haven't really lived through a pandemic now have you! :-)
