Nearly three years after the tragic heat-related passing of 23-year-old fan Ana Clara Benevides at an Eras Tour show in Rio, Brazil has officially introduced the "Taylor Swift Law."

Signed by President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, the landmark legislation enforces two major changes for live music:

1. Venues hosting over 1,000 punters must provide free drinking water and allow fans to bring their own bottles.

2. Ticketing platforms must disclose all hidden fees upfront and allow fee-free ticket transfers to crack down on scalping.

It's a massive win for fan safety, largely sparked by a fan petition that garnered over 200,000 signatures in under 24 hours.
