Happy New Year from the Sydney Salt Team! Thanks to those who endured the 35 degree temperatures to visit us at Windsor Mall Sunday Market yesterday. We’ve a couple of weeks break before Castle Hill Farmers & Fine Food Market on the 24th January and will be holding a talk/tasting session at the Slow Food Summer Harvest Festival on Sunday 25th January in Katoomba! Hope to see you later in the month!

Last week Trent Dwyer Photography travelled up from Melbourne to complete the unenviable task of photographing our entire product range over just two days. It was a difficult undertaking but judging by the sample images we have received we think the results speak for themselves! Thanks for your immense efforts, we can't wait to upload all the images onto the new website when it's ready in a couple of weeks!
