What a great afternoon we had at the local Nhulunbuy twilight markets yesterday.

Huge thanks to everyone who came to say hi, sit and chat. 🫶

We also hope all those visiting that had heard from the community to come and see us for some itch relief, that all your midgie and mosquito bites are feeling MUCH better this morning after a lathering of our very effective Nämbarra balm. 🦟 🌿 A must have to stop the itch and help the healing.

It’s NAIDOC (National Aboriginal and Islander Day Observance Committee) Week and what a deadly celebration was had in Yirrkala.

Big thanks to Rirratjingu Aboriginal Corporation for inviting us to be a part of the celebrations and to all of you who came by to say hi and enjoy some local bush medicine. 🌿

A little forage in the Irish countryside for an iconic flower to make some flower essence. 🌼 As I’m out of Ireland for several months, this is my way to bring a little bit of Ireland’s plant support back with me to Australia. 🙏 Our own native plants talk deeply to us, and gorse is the perfect support to help instil hope and faith when we can feel the weight of the world and the state it’s in. 🫣
