We’ve been quietly reshaping the shop — leaning harder into the stuff we actually love.

We need to have a slightly awkward (but exciting) conversation.

There’s a pocket of books in the shop that are… excellent. Critically acclaimed, beautifully written, genuinely worth your time.

They’ve just been a little too good at staying put.

So — in the spirit of fresh shelves and full wallets — we’ve given them a nudge out the door (read: they’re on sale).

If the current cost of living has you being a bit more selective with your reads, this is your moment. These aren’t bargain-bin regrets. They’re the kind of books you’ll feel quietly smug about discovering.

We think you’ll agree that a book is the best gift for Christmas. Unless you are feeling Grinchy, then coal is your best option. We don’t sell coal though, only books. And some other stuff too. But definitely not coal.

Open until 6pm all week and 7pm on Friday for all your non coal needs.
