💕 OCTOBER IS HERE!! Just a little update on how I plan to approach this October after the impact physically & mentally last year took on me and most importantly our family 💕
After delivering our baby girl Ella Louise Beal on 05/04/2018 at 22 weeks. I hope you can help me raise funds for this amazing organisation, that offers so much to families in their time of need. Personally for Josh and I on our darkest of days Bear of Hope provided us comfort knowing we weren’t alone. Leaving the hospital without your baby is indescribable, the small remembrance teddy allowed a part of Ella to leave with us and something we will cherish forever. Please donate as little or as much as you can, so that this organisation can continue to support families like ours through their darkest days💖
If I am honest last October walking my way for Bears of Hope in memory of Ella absolutely destroyed me!! I had just found out that a soccer injury to my ankle resulted in my Physio saying I did the best I could!!! At doing the worst I could on my ankle 😭 results grade 4 tear, then 2 smaller ligaments tears stage 2-3 one side and 1 ligament tear on the other also grade 2-3 also something else 🤦🏻♀️ along with lots of fluid, I was in physio twice a week! he was amazing & specialised in sports rehabilitation and he said he will have me back running in October 🙏🏻 (before seeing me, he didn’t think my goals would be achievable) but after meeting & hearing about Ella 🤍 he thought I could do it!!!
My goal was 220kms but running it for the first time ever over the month 😭 I DID IT!! 🙌🏻 running two half marathons during the month, losing my Nana (in which we had to travel to QLD) I don’t think I could do it again! So this year for my mental & physical health & the love for my family 🫶🏻 (my biggest cheerleaders & my absolute world 🙏🏻) I am sharing my 220kms with running & walking ❤️🩹 your support, encouragement, donations & LOVE is greatly appreciated why I raise awareness & celebrate our baby girl Ella Louise Beal Xx
