🌿 💕 A beautiful new chapter is beginning… and I can finally let you in on our exciting news!

🏠 Raggedy Bits Emporium is moving to Kurrajong Heights and becoming Raggedy Bits Kitchen & Emporium!

💗 Our new home will bring together everything you already love about Raggedy Bits , vintage and handmade treasures, creative supplies and workshops, alongside a beautiful new café.

🌸 And the lovely handsome man beside me? Timmy will be taking the reins as our head chef, bringing more than 30 years of experience to the Raggedy Bits kitchen. I couldn’t be more excited to be creating this next chapter together.

🍃 We have only just received the official go-ahead, so everything is happening incredibly quickly! Our final day of trading at the North Richmond Emporium will be Saturday, 12 September.

🏠 I’m keeping the exact location tucked under my hat for just a little longer, but the big reveal is coming very soon! Keep an eye on the page for all the moving adventures, behind-the-scenes fun and exciting updates as we bring our new home to life.

🎃 Which one is your favourite… the crow, Bewitched, Jack O Lantern or October 31?

🖤 The very first Pumpkins & Patchwork project is done… and I may already be a little bit obsessed.

For this one I used a few of the printable designs from this month’s Bits & Bobs Creative Circle bundle to make these sweet little primitive Halloween tart tins, then added a few perfectly scruffy embellishments because apparently I have no ability to leave well enough alone. 😂

🎃 I absolutely love how they turned out. The crow, the witchy hat, the October 31 tag… all those muted plaids and old-fashioned Halloween colours just make my heart happy.

And this is only project number one from the Pumpkins & Patchwork collection!

🍏During today’s tutorial inside the Bits & Bobs Creative Circle, we used the Stanley Apple Co. Printable Bundle to create this gorgeous primitive two-page journal spread. With aged layers, lace, buttons and lots of lovely little details.

🍂 With IOD Paint Inlay Alfred’s Peat Co., ribbon, lace, hand stamped tags and a little Silk Umber splattering, these thrifted finds are almost unrecognisable!

🌿 A little flashback to this gorgeous green cupboard I gave a new life last year!

🍃 I used Dixie Belle SILK in Cactus, with To***co Road to give the top that beautiful warm timber finish and I STILL love how it turned out!

🧡 Thank you so much to everyone who kept me company during this morning’s Waste Not Wednesday and enjoyed the unexpected tour of the Emporium roof when my camera fell off the tripod! 🤣🤦🏻‍♀️

🖤 We transformed these thrifted pumpkins using IOD Paint - Alfred Peats Co. then added ribbon, lace, hand stamped tags and a little Silk Umber splattering. I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!
