"Death by a thousand cuts."
Whoever came up with this saying was obviously a rodbuilder working with cork. All cuts and dry fitting completed in prior preparation for an upcoming build. I had an idea I had to get out of my head. Now, preparing to get high on the wood glue as I glue and clamp these.

An early morning session on the Shoalhaven with Big E. We started early to beat the Doof Doof crowd and the heat. We were rewarded by an awesome topwater session with Bass, EPs and Bream on cicada lures. All finished by 9am as the blood pressure started to rise! 😉🤣

Hi everyone. I'm announcing that the 2025 Forge Through auction Rod has finished. The final bid of $1000 is the winning bid and very much appreciated. The winning bidder has requested to remain silent. The money raised goes to the Forge Through Foundation and will be used to assist with programs for ex Defence Force personnel and First Responders experiencing the affects of trauma. Thanks to all of those who bidded or commented.
