Raising a child with intense medical needs is hard enough, but not many know that Dracet Syndrome is not just life threatening seizures. Dravet comes with life long learning difficulties, behavioural issues, autism, speech and physical delays or regression and an decreased immune system. Just to name a few.
But I am so incredibly thankful that my dravet warrior still has her voice, at least for now.
