We spend a lot of time thinking about coffee.

Probably more than is healthy, if we're honest.

Every week, green beans arrive at our Orange roastery from coffee-growing regions around the world. From there, we roast, taste, tweak, test and occasionally stand around staring at graphs.

The truth is, most people don't care about roast curves, development times or extraction theory. They just want a really good coffee.

Fair enough! That's what we're aiming for too.
