Designed and manufactured by Southern Stainless in the Gold Coast, Australia, since 1995 all our Cookout BBQ's are made from high quality 316 marine grade stainless steel and fully electropolished, meaning that any spec of impurity is removed from the surface of the stainless steel. This further enhances the longevity of the finished product as well as giving a superior gleam to the BBQ's stainless surface. Our team of designers and fabricators have vast industry experience and are extremely diverse, allowing us to offer the ability to build and design a BBQ to suit your needs. All our BBQ’s are carefully designed around the ever-changing conditions that the outdoors, coastline and ocean have to offer. Built for marine, residential or commercial applications our BBQ’s are available in: Gas, Electric and Grill. If any of our electric BBQ’s or products does not suit your requirements, we are able to custom build to your specifications. On the boat, the road, at the beach or at your home, we can build anything from small and portable BBQ’s to large flush mount and built in BBQ’s. Whether your looking at simply BBQ'ing a steak or having your own traditional Teppanyaki, we will have or can build the BBQ of your dreams. 🍔 Homemade Burgers, Made Better.

Great burgers start long before they hit the BBQ.

✅ Start with quality beef mince.
🧅 Add diced onion.
🌿 Mix in Italian herbs (plus chilli if you like a kick 🌶️)
🧂 Season with salt & pepper.
🥣 Mix until well combined, then knead and roll into fist-sized balls.
🍔 Place into a patty smasher and press into the perfect burger patties.

🔥 BBQ Tip: Preheat your Cookout Portable BBQ with the burner dial at halfway. After around 10 minutes, gradually increase the heat in small increments if needed. This helps the hot plate heat evenly for consistent cooking.

Add a little oil, spread it across the hot plate, then cook your patties until beautifully browned and juicy.

Top with your favourite fillings, serve on a toasted bun, and enjoy a homemade burger made with love. ❤️
