🌻I planted sunflowers this year to attract bees so my blueberries would get pollinated BUT then my blueberries died (read: hubby whipper snippered them down 🤦🏻‍♀️)

🌻Oh well, at least the bees are having a feast!

🌻And my stay-at-home-boys (thanks Coronavirus)are learning about bees and how they are one of many pollinators in an eco system!

Did you know our beeswax is sustainably obtained on the Mornington Peninsula? Our Bee man relocated hives from problem places, saves the colony and melts down the wax for us to use!!

WOWO wraps are perfect for covering bowls full of yummy kale coleslaw!! Especially when hubby is away and I accidentally make the usual amount.... lunch and dinner sorted for the next 2 days!

Growing your own veggies can be a rewarding experience! I’ve got a small patch (hubby will have to make more bed soon😊) with zucchini, snowpeas in full production, silverbeet just finishing, tomatoes, watermelon, lettuce, radish, spring onions, green beans, pumpkin and sunflowers starting to grow.

I’ve adapted the 3 sisters gardening in 1 bed, with sunflowers for the bees, beans that will trail up the sunflowers and pumpkin to cover the ground to stop weeds from growing. And best of all once your fresh goodies are ready wrap them in beeswax wraps to keep them fresh for longer!
