Today’s a good day to be in Pakenham.

The Social Pizza | Stone Baked Pizza Catering Melbourne are doing a pop up out the front, and The Little Sugar Spoon have brought a new range of loaded cookies. Caramel, birthday cake, M&M and Cherry Ripe have joined the Biscoff and Nutella.

Both of them use our milk and butter, which means the dairy in your lunch came from a Gippsland farm and the farmer got paid properly for it.

23 Purton Road, Pakenham. Until 4pm.

There's fresh Blanc sourdough in store this morning.

We say it every week and every week it's true. This bread goes fast. It's the real deal, baked properly, and it turns a simple soup night or a cheese toastie into something pretty special. Add a smear of our butter and you're laughing.

$15.50 per loaf at 23 Purton Road, Pakenham. See you soon.

We’re looking for someone a little different…

Gippsland Jersey is on the hunt for a casual team member at our Pakenham factory.

You’ll be the kind of person who enjoys variety. One minute you might be making coffees and looking after customers in our factory shop, the next you’re unloading deliveries, loading trucks, or jumping on the forklift to keep things moving.

Ideally you’ll have:

* Forklift licence (or be willing to get one)
* Retail or customer service experience
* Barista skills
* Confidence working independently
* A great attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed

No two days are the same here, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on and part of a small, hardworking team.

If this sounds like you (or someone you know), we’d love to hear from you.
