Did you know that today is R U OK day?

Life gets busy and it is easy for time to quickly pass without saying hello to friends, family and neighbours so today is the perfect opportunity to check in on a friend, loved one or neighbour who might be alone and not get many visitors, a friend who is busy getting through the stresses of daily life or even one of our younger community members!

Feel awkward just “dropping in”? We’ve got you! Come by and grab one of our beautifully wrapped sunflowers for $6.50 - the perfect conversation starter and sure to bring a smile to anyone’s face!
