While we understand the appeal & convenience of buying balloons from online marketplaces, is it worth the risk?

An increasing number of customers are bringing in balloons asking us to helium fill them. We always give fair warning that we will not make any promises that their balloons will last, or even float at all. However we continue to strongly advised against purchasing balloons from unregulated online marketplace.

It's not only about poor quality, counterfeit products & copyright infringements, it's about safety. We have no way of knowing where the balloons were made or what's in them, and they often have a strong chemical smell. We don't want this result for your event, or for your kids to be near products like this. Our team especially don't want to be handling them either.

If there's a particular design or character you're searching for, we can order from our amazing Australian distributors in a matter of days.
If we can't source what you need, we're more than happy to guide you on the most suitable balloon sizes for helium filling and recommend the reputable brands to look for. Please don't hesitate to ask!

We stock a range of party backdrops available for hire, with our white mesh hoop being the most popular design. Packages include organic balloon garland in colour/s of your choice, with optional upgrades like a personalised acrylic disc.

Let us make your event stress free and opt for delivery and set up within Sydney.

Alternatively, pick up from our retail store in Panania. Don't worry, the hoop backdrop can be easily transported & assembled in only 3 pieces & the balloon garland is all ready to attach. Instructions provided by our team.
