Parkdale residents. Be aware that Labor is stacking the local Council election. Independent candidate Louise Black calls it out here.

Our two real Independents are Glen Dumbrell (butcher) and Louise Black.

Don’t be fooled again, or we will end up with no real representation for Parkdale, which has been the case for the last few years.

When people don’t live in the area, and don’t work here, we don’t get good outcomes for our community. That’s why our local roads are stuffed, rates have gone up, garbage overflowing and beaches covered in litter. But don’t worry, they spent $110 million+ on a pool, budgeted for just $10 million. You paid for it with increases to Council rates in a cost of living crisis.

We don’t need another political operative to do the bidding of Jacinta Allan and Dan Andrews. We need someone who will listen to locals.

Finally, we notice that the so called “Parkdale Traders Association” has been very quiet. Their copycat page was set up and paid for by the Labor State Government, as a propaganda page for Skyrail. It’s a shame that a few pro Labor shop owners don’t have Independent flyers in their shop or posters on their window. It it because it will upset their local Labor MP ?
