Production day for the Calm Balms 🌿

Hand poured in small batches here in Perth, one tin at a time. A blend of nourishing plant oils, beeswax and pure essential oils. My whole house smells very serene right now.

These ones are perfect if someone in your life is having a rough time, or honestly if that someone is you. Sometimes you just need a small good thing.

Now, onto labelling and packing so they're ready to go for market!

🤧 Last weekend, both my boys came down with the flu, and as a mum and a 4th year naturopathy student, my first instinct was to head straight to the herb cupboard.

I made them this simple tea — equal parts:

🌿 Mullein — a beautiful herb traditionally used to support the respiratory system

🌹 Rosehip — naturally rich in Vitamin C to support general wellbeing

🍃 Lemon balm — a gentle, calming herb perfect for restless, unwell kids

Steep for 10 minutes in a reusable teabag, add a little jarrah honey, and serve warm. 🍵

This is the kind of thing I make for my family — simple, wholesome, made with intention.
