2022 Acoustic Guitar Building Course in Penguin Tasmania

7 day course scheduled for October 3rd to 9th, 2022

$3000 includes hard case for your guitar.
Sides are pre-bent and rosette pre-installed.

Choices of Tasmanian timber including blackwood, myrtle and sassafras.

Other exotic timbers available for extra $ including Indian or Brazilian rosewood among others.

Acoustic Guitar Building Courses
14 days Dec 28 - Jan 10 $4000
7 days Dec 28 - Jan 3 $3000
7 days Jan 4 - Jan 10 $3000
4 days Electric Guitar Building $2000

14 day course is a full scratch build hands on every aspect of building. Premium experience!

7 day course includes pre-bent sides, pre-installed rosette, pre-slotted fretboard.

4 day Electric Course is building a tele or stratocaster model. Full scratch build. No paint colours available. Finish will be over bare timber. Selection of drop tops available.

Many timbers available for guitar builds. Some included in course fee. Premium timbers may attract an extra cost. e.g. Brazilian Rosewood +$1000

All guitars come with a hard case to protect your creation.

Tea/coffee and some snacks will be provided.

I have room for 3 people working in the shop at a time so availability will depend on which courses are booked first.
