Popp Unlimited had the privilege to attend a VIP movie premier of Barbie, hosted by Komo Technologies, in partnership with Warner Bros/ Universal.

Barbie, the movie, was funny, nostalgic and entertaining to say the least but my overall experience was further enhanced through the Komo Hub interactive experience.

Komo made the event fun and entertaining as they connected and totally engaged with their audience via the fun and interactive gamification platform offering a series of online games and challenges for a chance to win prizes.

It’s was defiantly a GAME ON experience… from a memory challenge (with live leaderboard), Spin to Win, Scratch & Win, Upload your best Barbie inspired picture and then getting the audience to vote for their favorite Barbie inspired photo… each game and competition was customized, presenting great opportunities to connect with audience whilst capturing data in a non intrusive manner as users are happy to share their data!

This clever platform leverages the psychology of play, competition, and rewards by adding gamification to the marketing mix to create engaging & immersive consumer promotions by harnessing the power of gamification… all of this by simply scanning a QR code so mobile participation was optimized to its fulliest potential.

Also loved, loved the live-size Barbie pink corvette and the massive Barbie Box brought to life in-cinema theatre POP displays… very insta worthy and highly engaging space created.
