Behind every frame is a family.
People often picture a workshop full of big benches and expensive equipment. The reality for a small family business is a little different.
Sometimes the family dining table becomes the perfect workspace to do that final inspection, check every measurement, make sure everything is perfectly aligned and ensure each frame is something we’d be proud to hand over.
Every frame that leaves Legacy Medals has been carefully checked because we know these aren’t just medals, they’re someone’s story, someone’s service and someone’s legacy.
As many of you know, Legacy Medals is a small family-owned business, and after an incredibly busy period, we’ve made the difficult decision to temporarily pause taking new orders.
This isn’t goodbye, it’s simply an opportunity for us to catch our breath, focus on our family and complete every outstanding order to the standard our customers have come to expect.
During this time:
• All existing orders and outstanding invoices will continue to be completed and honoured.
• Existing customers can still contact us regarding any orders.
• You can still request a quote, and we’ll be happy to discuss your future project.
• We won’t be accepting new orders for a short period while we work through our current workload.
• Most importantly we have also temporarily removed our phone number. We need to take a step back for our own mental wellbeing and appreciate your understanding.
