++BATTLE HONOURS SUNDAY++

New to Warhammer or returning after a long hiatus?

Join us in store on Sundays, where anyone participating in Battle Honours and/or wanting to start, can visit the store to utilise the store space, resources and hands on guidance from our knowledgeable staff to help you develop your hobbying skills throughout the day for building and painting.

For gaming we have two dedicated time slots for Battle Honours participants that cater to both core gaming systems:
Warhammer 40,000: 11am-12:30pm
Age of Sigmar:
3pm-4:30pm.

Art will now get to choose the Mini of the Month Paint Challenge for SEPTEMBER! We kindly ask our Top Painter to contact the store as soon as possible so we can announce the next challenge.

To everyone who participated in the August paint challenge well done to you all! Everyone had amazing paint jobs! Participants are now able to pick up their minis.

+++AUGUST BUILD CHALLENGE MASTER BUILDERS!+++

The votes are in! And the community and all our lovely visitors at Warhammer Penrith have chosen our top Master Builders!

1st : Jordan with his crazy mech sprue mini operated by a hidden Cities of Sigmar footman!

2nd: Harry with his named sprue mini "Earl" who we can see screeching an epic warcry.

3rd: Jye with his mechanically defying sprue rhino powered by a sprue Ork!

Well done to everyone who took part in August's Build challenge and congratulations to our Master Builders!

Participants can now pick up their sprue minis from the store to take home.

+++SEPTEMBER: PIRATE MONTH!+++

Hello Fellow Hobbyists!

International Pirate Day is this month, but I thought to myself why have a day when we can have a whole month AND celebrate it in EPIC STYLE with some bespoke pirate themed activities throughout ALL of SEPTEMBER?! Visit the store to join us in building some piratey miniatures, learn how to paint FOUR different pirate paint schemes AND play TWO awesome pirate themed skirmishes!

+++SEPTEMBER 2nd - 11th:
BUILD:
MHORNAR'S FORGE:
Embrace your inner pirate and join us in building the following units:
+Red Corsairs Raiders/Felgore Ravagers
+Ork Boyz
+Endrinriggers/Arkanaut Company
+Gutter Runners

+++SEPTEMBER 12th-20th
PAINT-
FREEBOOTERZ FRENZY:
"Da more colourz da better!"
Join us in learning to paint one of four paint schemes for the units built in the previous activity:

+Red Corsairs Raiders
+Freebooters
+Barak-Mhornar
+Clan Skurvy

+++SEPTEMBERr 23rd- 27th:
GAMING-
40k - FOOL'S FORT!
Play as either the Red Corsairs and/or Freebooterz!
The Lootin' Fort is under siege by the Raiders! Can the Freebooterz hold the fort? Play to see who will claim the fort and th hoards of golden treasures?

AOS - FIGHT FOR THE FRIGATE!
Play as either Barak-Mhornar and/or Clan Skurvy! Clan Skurvy have decided to go skyward and have just the rig in sight for their pillaging! However, the Barak-Mhornar won't yeild without a good ol' fight on the brig.

All are welcome to participate! Additionally visitors can also bring their own minis to build, paint & game with for this month's activities if they prefer and/or in addition to what the store is providing for the event.

***Note for visitors:
the miniatures used for building and painting provided by the store cannot be taken home as these miniatures will be used as part of the two games hosted at the end of the month. Visitors are allowed to take photos of what they built & painted and make posts for the event.

+++AUGUST BUILD & PAINT CHALLENGE IN STORE VOTING+++

We have kicked off with in-store voting for our August Build & Paint Challenges. How cool do these all look?!

If you haven't had the chance to see all the epic stuff our customers have built and painted you still have time to visit the store tomorrow (Sunday 30/8) to cast your votes for your favourite builder and painter while also having a go at activities in store!

I wonder who will be our Master Builder and Master Painter? Stay tuned to find out soon!
