This month marks my first year as a beekeeper. The ladies decided I also needed to pass another milestone: my first sting. It hurt more than I expected but thankfully, I don't seem to be allergic. While I appreciate the gesture, I just reminded them that flowers will do just fine. 😂

My foster boy Kingston charged right through a plate glass door this afternoon. Thankfully he only got a small cut on his foot but it could have been much worse.

My heart is so heavy. Delta passed away yesterday evening. She's been my constant companion for 7 years and got me through some very hard times. Delta lived an amazing and comfortable life and she will be greatly missed. 💔
