Who owns the store next to mine, at the plaza.

He is a bit of a photographer and casual likes to snap off pictures at the store.

This one, is one of my favourites.

It’s not just how fresh it is,
It’s how good it is.

Not all snapper is the same quality.

Different parts of Australia and New Zealand produce different grade snapper, some are good for sashimi (eaten raw) others are better cooked.

Either way, you’ll usually find both at Barry’s
