📣 PSA: JAPANESE & CHINESE 30th CELEBRATION ORDERS

Hi everyone! 👋

We’ve had a few people reaching out asking when their Japanese & Chinese orders will be shipped, so we just wanted to clarify the timeline.

These products were subject to official release-date embargoes, meaning our overseas suppliers were unable to ship them to us before release.

The products were released on 16 September and were shipped to us from their respective countries from release day.

📦 As stated in the product descriptions, our current ETA for arrival to us is approximately 23 September.

Please remember that this is an estimated arrival date and may be affected by international freight, customs or other transport delays.

Once the stock arrives with us, we’ll get straight into fulfilling and shipping all customer pre-orders. ❤️

Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to have everything sitting here ready to go on release day, our Japanese and Chinese suppliers cannot ship embargoed products to us before their official release date.

Thanks so much for your patience and understanding! 🙌
