Time to make 2023 your bitch!

I don’t know about you but every year I set goals and every year I make excuses for not smashing them all!

Surely I’m not the only one that does the same thing?

The last month or so I have been so motivated both personally & within my business that I am so pumped to see what 2023 has in store for me!

I can tell you one thing, I won’t be making excuses.

I’ll be waking up each day ready to own it 💪🏼

You don’t always need to spend money to support small businesses!

Even though I do a real life ‘happy dance’ every time I receive an order I am just as thrilled when I see comments on my posts, new email subscribers pop up & my store being recommended.

Let’s walk down memory lane…

Anyone else remember being a kid and getting your hands on these bad boys and shaking the sh*t out of the packet to get your favourites and then you’d try to trade the bananas to your siblings?

Okay cool, so it was normal then and I’m not alone 😜

Seriously though, the bananas are my least favourite but I’ll still eat them because it’s candy!

684 days ago Chevie was born 8 weeks early and we spent some time in the and with

The work that these two organisations do and all those involved is just incredible, no words can be used to express how thankful I am to have access to such amazing facilities and services 🙏🏼

So in 5 days I am giving back by participating in 42km marathon.

I will be walking in honour of all the families that have been, currently are and will need to access the same services that were offered to my family & I

It’s not a lot but it’s a start!

Burnout is real 🔥

Wearing all the hats is exhausting.
I am mother. Wife. Sister. Daughter. Friend. Business owner. Chef. Chauffeur. Referee. Cleaner. And so much more.

But most importantly, I am me.

I think it’s important to remember who you were before you started collecting all those hats otherwise you get lost and burnt out.

It’s okay to put yourself first. To do what you love.

You can’t give others the best version of yourself if your own cup isn’t full!
