Perfect Fathers Day Treat
We’ve got medium NZ oysters or premium SA Coffin Bay oysters — both perfect for a classic Oysters Kilpatrick.
Easy, quick, and always a crowd favourite.

Ingredients (for 1 dozen oysters):
12 fresh oysters, in the half shell
3 rashers streaky bacon, finely chopped
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp brown sugar
Cracked pepper to taste
Lemon wedges to serve

Method:
Preheat your grill to high.
Mix Worcestershire, tomato sauce and brown sugar in a small bowl.
Spoon a little sauce over each oyster.
Top with chopped bacon.
Grill for 4–6 minutes until the bacon is crisp and the sauce bubbles.
Finish with cracked pepper and a squeeze of lemon. Serve hot.
