The morning was buzzing with these unfortunately. Lochy going 2 out of 4, quick close up to admire the colours and then we sent her back to fight another day!

It’s not always about keeping the catch — sometimes it’s about the experience, the smiles, and making memories out on the water! 🎣🎣🎣

Saturday morning, fishing in 300m of water, and suddenly out of no where we had company boat side with a big splash! 😳

This Great White was in full hunting mode moving fast, unpredictable and absolutely seamless through the water. Every time he came in for a look at the boat, he’d show up in a completely different direction making it quite difficult to get any decent footage.

When he showed interest in a fish coming up on the electrics, we knew it was time to move! 😬🎣🦈

An unreal first experience with a Great White, and one we definitely won’t forget anytime soon!

Personal bests don’t always come on perfect days…. A lot of the time they come when you grind it out and persist.

The weather window was literally half an hour but the ocean had other plans. After putting in the time and working the marks, this beautiful Coronation Trout smashed the AO hybrid and gave me some curry! I won’t forget seeing that colour as she was ripped up from the depths before Bruce had another feed. The colours of some species still blows my mind away! Such a pretty fish.

Moments like this are why we keep heading offshore… 1 bite can turn an ordinary day into a memory that lasts forever.

Grateful for such a breathtaking specimen. PB Coronation Trout 3.5 years still holding strong!
