This festive cake decorating class is designed to elevate your holiday sugarcraft skills. You will cover essential methods for constructing, wrapping, and personalizing a showstopping holiday center piece.

Key Skills You Will Learn

Wired Sugar Floristry: Learn to craft realistic, wired poinsettia petals, detailed holly leaves, vibrant red berries, and accent winter foliage.
Structural Assembly: Master stacking a double-tiered cake evenly and ensuring structural stability.
Fondant Impeccability: Practice rolling, lifting, and smoothly draping fondant over sharp-edged tiers without tearing.
Texturing & Detailing: Replicate specialized textures, like the cozy, embossed cable-knit sweater design seen on the focal plaque.
Fondant Lettering: Cut, mold, and neatly attach custom dimensional messages like “Joy, Peace, Hope” using sugar paste.

Throughout class, you will learn how to heat, mould, and shape isomalt to bring your edible masterpieces to life. By the end of the session, you will be amazed at what you can achieve with this versatile material.
