Try not to look at certain failures in life which in this case also includes writing, as a negative situation.
For without these small annoyances improvement and growth can not be achieved. Look at them as stepping stones towards a greater success.
Always focus on your purpose or reason for writing too, simply because without it your interest levels drop away.

There are a number of key important points to remember when writing.
A strange but very effective one is,
' Write drunk but edit sobre '.
Meaning jot it all down so that its not forgotten or lost and then edit seriously later on.
At least you are still moving forwards with the story in some form or another

I am currently working on my next historical fiction project that many should find very interesting and typically thought provoking.

It follows a young rebellious Irishman who along with many other British convicts sail down to Australia and spends time at the harsh penal colonies.
He eventually finds himself back in Ireland as a Master Shipwright whom in his later years rebels against the British Constabulary.
